Italian socialist politician (b.1938, Milan; d.2021). Mayor of Milan 1976-1986 - youngest in the city’s modern history at 38. Minister in Goria, De Mita and Andreotti governments 1987-1992. Member of the Triennale Milano board during the 2009 Trento di Volpedo reorganisation.
