Description
Abstracted forms referencing diasporic gathering places across London (Brixton, Hoxton, Edgware Road, Peckham). Reused steel and concrete, sustainably grown timber clad in micro-cement, Portuguese cork inserts, and bricks made from construction waste. Commissioned 2020, opened 2021 after pandemic delay.
