Circular former wheat exchange at 2 rue de Viarmes in Paris’s 1st arrondissement, built 1763-67 by Nicolas Le Camus de Mezieres; iron-and-glass dome added by Henri Blondel 1888-89. Mayor Anne Hidalgo granted Pinault a 50-year lease in 2016; Tadao Ando renovation unveiled 2017 and opened 22 May 2021. A free-standing concrete cylinder roughly 9 m high and 29 m in diameter sits beneath the dome.
