Art Deco hotel at 33 Boulevard Edouard Baudoin, Juan-les-Pins, Cap d’Antibes. Originally Villa Saint-Louis, the seaside villa where F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote part of Tender Is the Night (1925-26); purchased in 1929 by Boma and Simone Estène and opened as the Hôtel Belles Rives in 1930. Still run by the Estène-Chauvin family; 43 rooms, Michelin-starred La Passagère restaurant, Bar Fitzgerald.
