26-storey, 106-metre tapered brutalist tower in central Milan, completed 1958 (inaugurated 1961) by BBPR. Restored 2022–2025 by Asti Architetti for Hines as a mixed-use vertical complex with a new pedestrian Piazza Velasca, achieving LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold. Opened to MDW 2026 visitors with the ‘Polish Modernism: A Struggle for Beauty’ exhibition on the 16th floor and Cromo’s pop-up tea house on the 25th.
