Chanel named Marie-Laure Cérède director of its jewellery creation studio on 9 June 2026, effective October 2026, reporting to Frédéric Grangié. Cérède arrives from Cartier (2016-2025) after earlier roles at Harry Winston (2002-2016) and a first stint at Cartier in the 1990s. She succeeds Patrice Leguéreau, who died in November 2024 after fifteen years leading the studio.
