Designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1956 for Herman Miller (manufactured by Vitra in Europe), the Model 670 Lounge Chair and Model 671 Ottoman comprise three curved moulded-plywood shells veneered in rosewood, walnut or palisander over leather-upholstered cushions, conceived as a modern interpretation of the English club chair.
